Dalata Hotel Group PLC has created 50 new jobs with the official opening of its first Maldron Hotel in London, providing what they describe as “an epic basecamp” for guests in one of the capital’s most popular areas.

The 4* Maldron Hotel Finsbury Park is the group’s 53rd hotel in the UK, Ireland & Continental Europe and the first of five new Maldron Hotels set to open across the UK in the next 12 months.

Dalata Hotel Group, which also operates Clayton Hotels, purchased the ready-to-open 191-bedroom hotel at Finsbury Park for £44.3million and immediately invested a further

£4.1 million to meet Maldron Hotels’ exacting standards.

Maldron Hotel Finsbury Park General Manager, Kirsty Monington said the hotel is the perfect basecamp for enjoying both the local area and all of London’s world-famous attractions and landmarks.
