The Quays sold for £17m – reports
Cork businessman Tom Coughlan's Urban Green Private (UGP) has bought the centre for €20m (£17m), according to reports in the media this morning.
A deal has been struck with administrators who had taken over the centre in 2022.

Hide AdIt is a major acquisition for UGP, who bought the Douglas Village Shopping Centre in Cork last year for €23m (£20m).
It is understood that they see the Newry centre as a key location on the Belfast to Dublin corridor.
UGP also owns Castletroy Shopping Centre in Limerick, the Town Centre in Shannon and the large Bridgwater Shopping Centre in Arklow, Co Wicklow.
