Green-fingered grandparents were invited to join with their grandchildren to decorate plant pots and sow seeds recently at Rascals n Ruffians playgroup!

It was all part of a Global Intergenerational Week, with the event funded by Linking Generations NI.

As you can see from our pictures the boys and girls loved having their grannies and grandads there to help them – and we’re sure the grandparents loved it just as much!

Rascals N Ruffians Playgroup got funding as part of an Intergenerational All Ages Grant to put on a event for children to do activities with their Grandparents. They held Grandparents Day and organised many activities including seed planting, plant decorating and Arts and Crafts. INNR1848
