Keep your heart healthy with the Southern Trust

Running from 10am to 3pm on Thursday 18th April, in Centred Soul in Hill Street, the event is in conjunction with the heart failure charity Pumping Marvellous.

Dr Patricia Campbell, Clinical Lead for the Heart Failure Service said: “We are keen to check the hearts of as many local people over the age of 40 as possible. This is a drop in event, no appointment is necessary.

“Heart failure can occur at any age, but is more common in older people. Routine preventative heart health checks like the event in Centred Soul are key to help you understand how your heart is performing and we can then also advise on what you can improve for a heart healthy lifestyle.”
