American journalists visit Slieve Gullion

Tourism Ireland invited eight American journalists to visit Northern Ireland over the past week.​

​The group – many of whom are members of the Outdoor Writers Association of America – includes writers, digital content creators and podcasters.

Their itinerary – which has a focus on ‘green’ experiences and soft adventure – was designed by Tourism NI and included a walk in Slieve Gullion Forest Park with walking guide Brian Hoey and a stay in Killeavy Castle Estate.
