The U14s travelled to the Annagh last weekend and quickly settled into the game. After a neat pass over the top played Jack Mooney in to head a bouncing ball over the out coming Annagh keeper to open the scoring on 10 minutes. Both teams traded shots throughout the first half and remained 1 nil to Seapatrick until a fine passage of play saw Mooney again put through for a tap into an empty net on 32 minutes to make it 2-0 at HT
The second half began with Seapatrick again looking the stronger and it was the young villagers who scored again with a well placed free kick from Lewis Magee which found the top right corner of the Annagh net. 3-0 on 37 minutes. From that point onwards Seapatrick settled and played their possession game with the ball being moved around the pitch nicely.

Hide AdA formation change saw Cole Rooney moved up front and within a few minutes Rooney found the back of the net with a thunderous shot that left the keeper no chance. 4-0 52 minutes. Seapatrick slowed a bit after that which let the Annagh side gain some traction and they were rewarded on 61 minutes with a well hit shot that saw stand-in keeper Milo Quail scrambling for but had no chance of keeping the ball out.
Seapatrick stepped it up again after that to give the Annagh no chance of a late come back. Another 3 points sees the young villagers go joint top of the league with 8 games left to play. Next weeks fixture is away to Tollymore FC.
