RETRO REPORTER: When Newry lit up for Christmas in 2000

Tonight (Thursday) is the night that Christmas officially gets underway in Newry with the switching on of the city’s Christmas lights.

We’ve gone back over 20 years to see what Christmas looked like in Newry when the city was illuminated back in the year 2000.
